We warranty the functionality of all add-ins, services and maintenance contracts as specified in the End User License Agreement (EULA). Refunds will be provided on add-ins, based on the EULA, if there is a lack of functionality.
There are no refunds for services, such as maintenance contracts, outsourcing services and escrow plans, expired or otherwise.
